Role: UI/UX Designer & Web Designer
Scope: UI/UX Design · Website Design · SaaS Product Design · Information Architecture · Responsive Web Design · Conversion-Focused UX
🧠 About the Project
Mainteny is an all-in-one SaaS platform built for maintenance and service companies, helping teams manage operations, field engineers, customers, jobs, documentation, and finances from a single platform.
The platform combines features such as job scheduling, quotations, invoicing, contract management, inventory, time tracking, digital work reports, checklists, customer management, and a mobile app into one connected ecosystem.
The goal was to create a modern digital experience that communicates the complexity of the platform in a simple, professional, and conversion-focused way while making the product easy to understand for both office teams and field engineers.
🚧 The Challenge
Mainteny offers a broad range of functionality, which creates a significant UX and communication challenge.
The website needed to:
Clearly communicate a complex SaaS product without overwhelming visitors
Organize multiple features and workflows into an intuitive structure
Showcase both office and field operations
Explain the value of digitizing traditionally paper-based processes
Build trust with maintenance and service companies
Present the mobile experience alongside the core platform
Create clear pathways toward demos and product exploration
Maintain consistency across multiple feature and industry pages
Communicate technical capabilities while remaining accessible to non-technical decision makers
✍️ My Approach
I focused on creating a clean, structured, SaaS-focused experience that makes Mainteny's extensive functionality easy to understand and navigate.
Designed a clear information architecture that separates key areas such as office & finance, field operations, project management, and productivity.
Created structured sections to explain complex workflows including job scheduling, digital work reports, checklists, time tracking, inventory, customer relationships, and contract management.
Focused on strong visual hierarchy and content structure, allowing users to quickly understand what the platform does and why it matters.
Designed the experience around both decision-makers and field engineers, highlighting how Mainteny connects office operations with technicians working on-site.
Integrated product-focused sections showcasing the mobile experience, including offline functionality, job calendars, maps, time tracking, digital signatures, checklists, and work reports.
Created conversion-focused layouts with clear calls-to-action that guide potential customers toward learning more, booking a demo, or getting started.
Prioritized responsive design and cross-device usability, reflecting Mainteny's own multi-platform product experience across mobile, tablet, laptop, and desktop.
✅ Results
The final experience positions Mainteny as a modern, reliable, all-in-one digital platform for maintenance companies, making a complex SaaS ecosystem easier to understand and explore.
The website clearly communicates Mainteny's core value proposition — less paperwork, more efficient operations, and better visibility across the entire service workflow.
The product experience is supported by a growing operational footprint, with Mainteny reporting 100K+ assets managed, 18K+ jobs per month, and €15M+ invoiced per month.
By combining strong information architecture, modern SaaS UI patterns, responsive layouts, and conversion-focused UX, the website creates a professional digital presence that reflects the scale and capabilities of the Mainteny platform.
