Comprehensive UX Research for SaaS School Management System
Project Overview
The SaaS-based School Management System (EduSync) was developed to streamline and enhance the administrative and operational tasks of educational institutions. The platform caters to schools, colleges, and universities, offering features that improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience for administrators, staff, teachers, parents, and students.
Objective
The primary goal of EduSync was to simplify school management processes by providing a centralized system that tracks and manages various activities such as admissions, staff management, attendance, and fee payment. The system needed to deliver actionable insights, enhance communication, and allow seamless access to relevant information.

Intuitive Dashboard Design
