Managing professional relationships is crucial for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and sales professionals. However, the available tools do not always align with their needs. The leading networking management software is often too expensive, while free CRM solutions primarily focus on sales rather than networking.

This gap in the market led to the development of My Networking, a platform designed to provide a simple yet effective way to manage networking contacts. Unlike traditional CRMs, My Networking offers a seamless, unified view of both networking and sales pipelines, ensuring users can efficiently track and nurture their professional relationships.

The development of My Networking was driven by a structured approach, including benchmarking, research, UX/UI design, and implementation using Bubble, a no-code platform. The primary challenge was to create an interface that was both simple and sophisticated.

The goal was to avoid unnecessary complexity while ensuring users had access to powerful networking tools. By leveraging Bubble streamlined development, allowing for rapid iterations and a highly customizable experience.

The core focus of My Networking was always on networking management. To achieve this, we designed a funnel with four key stages, ensuring a clear and structured approach to relationship building. One of the biggest UX challenges was managing the transition between the networking funnel and the sales funnel, as the same contact could be in different stages within each.

To solve this, we implemented a color-coded interface—when switching between funnels, the page color changes. This intuitive design choice helps users easily recognize the context shift, reducing confusion and improving workflow efficiency.

My Networking successfully fills a critical gap in networking management by offering an intuitive and accessible platform tailored for professionals who rely on strong connections. The combination of a well-structured networking funnel, a seamless user experience, and a cost-effective approach makes it a compelling alternative to expensive CRM solutions.
