Preparing A/R statements involves organizing client records, checking financial data, identifying errors, and reviewing statements before delivery. When these steps are disconnected, the process becomes harder to manage and track.

Ledgerloom aims to bring the entire workflow into one organized workspace.

We designed a centralized workspace that connects statement generation with financial checks, review, and approval.

The experience is structured around three key stages:

Preflight: Check financial data before generating statements.

Approval: Review statements before they are sent.

Assist: Prepare summaries and drafts to support human review.

The goal was to make a complex financial workflow feel clear, manageable, and consistent. 01. Dashboard & Workspace

The dashboard provides a central view of the accounts receivable workflow, bringing key financial information, statement activity, and management tools into one interface.

The Statement Generator organizes client financial information into a structured statement creation experience. Users can work with account records and prepare statements within a single workspace.

Before a statement moves forward, the workflow introduces validation checks to help identify missing or inconsistent information.

The approval experience gives users a dedicated stage to inspect generated statements, review flagged items, and make decisions before delivery.

The interface brings client records and statement information together, making it easier to navigate between accounts and review individual statements.

The interface uses a structured layout, clear navigation, and a consistent visual hierarchy to make financial information easier to scan.

The green and navy color palette helps distinguish primary actions, workflow states, and important information while maintaining a professional SaaS experience.

The overall focus was to balance information density with usability across the application.
