Property Marketing and Advertising

Overview

This homeowner has three luxury rental homes he wanted to advertise and market independently from his property management companies. We worked together to give each property an individual appeal. I created a variety of page layouts for each property for the homeowner to choose at his own leisure. The end goal was to create a simple, yet engaging flyer for potential renters.

The Brief

I was tasked to create visuals that speak to the essence of each individual property to be used as a form of advertising and marketing.

Outcome

The scope of this project was to create visuals that speak to the feeling of each property. I created custom color palettes for each property as well as three flyer options for the homeowner. Each flyer gives the viewer all the information they need while still keeping it concise enough to not lose interest. The outcome of this project gives the homeowner all the elements needed to advertise the properties through both digital and printed means.
