According to Diabetes UK, as of 2021, there are approximately 4.3 million people diagnosed with diabetes in the United Kingdom, and among this population, about 8% have Type 1 diabetes, 90% have Type 2, and other forms of diabetes make up the remaining 2%.

To understand our users better, we carried out surveys to understand their needs, wants, and expectations through their experiences and emotions.
The user research encompassed a combination of online and offline surveys involving 13 individuals responding to 11 questions. The following report outlines the results of this research.
