GAP — Website Redesign & Webflow Development for a B2B Consulting Firm

A complete transformation for a high-level consulting company operating across Brazil and Latin America.

Gestão Alta Performance is led by senior consultants with decades of experience, yet their old website — built on WordPress and based on a generic template — made the company look small, unclear, and far from the international presence they actually have. They needed a digital identity that matched their expertise, their clients, and the scale of their work.
After months of failed attempts with another agency, they reached out to me to rebuild everything from scratch. I proposed moving the entire project to Webflow — a platform they didn’t know at the time — and after delivery, not only did they love the result, but their marketing team became fully capable of maintaining, updating, and scaling the website internally.

The Challenge

The old website created immediate friction:
It didn’t explain what the company actually did — a major issue for B2B consulting.
It looked generic, outdated, and amateur, failing to convey authority.
It lacked the sophistication expected of a firm led by experienced consultants.
It wasn’t built in a way that allowed internal teams to update or scale content.
Beyond that, the previous agency spent half a year without delivering a viable direction, creating urgency and frustration on the client side.
The goal was clear: Create a clean, credible, conversion-friendly website that accurately represents a serious consulting firm — and give their team full control over it.

The Approach

My work covered the full redesign:
Strategy, UX, and content structure
Website design from scratch
Subtle, purposeful animations
Webflow development
Visual refinement (color, layout, typography)
Content consulting and internal training

Why Webflow

I recommended shifting from WordPress to Webflow to improve:
Scalability
Internal content management
Security and reliability
Ease of iteration for the marketing team
After handoff, the team quickly adopted Webflow and now manages updates and publishes content independently in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Design Direction

I based the visual approach on well-established B2B consulting benchmarks (such as Falconi and PCM Consultoria):
clean, structured corporate layouts
clear messaging hierarchy
smooth, unobtrusive animations
straightforward service explanation
a lead form directly in the hero
intuitive navigation for busy industrial and operational teams
The priority was always clarity and trust, not “over-design.”

The Solution

The new site delivers everything the old one lacked:
Clear explanations of services, markets, and approach
Strong positioning as an international, senior-led consulting firm
A modern and professional visual identity
A conversion-first hero section
Bilingual blog architecture (Portuguese + Spanish)
