The Challenge

LMC MUA came to me at a pivotal point in her business journey. As a talented makeup artist and hair stylist based in Kent, she had built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth and repeat clients, but her digital presence wasn't doing her skills justice.
Her existing setup was a basic Squarespace template that looked exactly like hundreds of other makeup artists' websites. In an industry where personality, creativity, and professional credibility are crucial differentiators—especially in the competitive wedding market—this generic approach was holding her back from attracting her ideal clients.
The challenge was multifaceted: she needed a complete brand identity that didn't exist, a website that could showcase her dual expertise in both makeup artistry and hair styling, and most critically, a way to stand out in the saturated wedding supplier market.
