• Maintains an annual budget for paid advertisements via Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, and Twitter
• Implements marketing and promotion tactics that led to 2 million engagements and 150 million impressions across all platforms in 2020
• Actively contributes to the brand community by responding to direct messages and engaging with customer comments leading to an increase of 100,000 new social media followers since 2017
• Reports social media KPIs for each channel including, engagement, impressions, link clicks, and followers
• Works with Content Manager to boost website traffic resulting in a 10% increase in website sessions
