User Research: Pain Points
It was difficult to transfer matured savings from to an investment.
Some users were sceptical as to what plans to not lose their money.
Also a lot of user just withdraw as the present flow was to either withdraw or keep the money locked for an extensive period again.
Some users just wanted the ability to have access to their money and were not willing to commit yet to a locked plan

Usability Study Finding
I conducted two rounds of usability studies. Findings from the first study helped guide the designs from wireframes to mockups. The second study used a high-fidelity prototype and revealed what aspects of the mockups needed refining.
“The app made it so easy for me to move my savings and easily see the best returns building wealth.”
In the short time of release, it has helped increase substantially the number of investments, overall growing the AUM. Also, we are gradually seeing a new behaviour of more direct movements of matured savings plans to investments. And incorrellation of net input equal to net output.
What I learned
I learnt speaking to the user is key, and testing and getting feedback as early as possible and good understanding beyond that which the user says can help in creating a more user centered product and meeting business needs.
