In a world where perfection is the standard, personality-driven brands that move left of center often make a bigger impact by subverting expectations. How my crude, culturally referential art prints found an unlikely spot next to Rothkos on Figma’s social feed. This case study dives into how embracing an unpolished, authentic style can capture attention in even the most refined spaces. Because, in branding, personality often wins.
In a space that usually celebrates polish and perfection, this culturally relevant, intentionally ‘crude’ style resonated with audiences because it dared to be different.
This is the power of personality-driven branding: it’s memorable, relatable, and disrupts expectations in the best way. When brands embrace their authentic voice, they captivate.
Brands that lead with personality connect deeply.
