REVLINE is a B2B revenue and sales management platform tailored for growing sales teams. Sales representatives and account executives often struggle with cluttered dashboards that mask critical deal risks behind walls of text and static numbers. The objective of this interface design is to surface real-time deal momentum, highlight pipeline bottlenecks, and help reps prioritize high-value actions without overwhelming them.
The Design Challenge: Build a data-dense CRM view that balances micro-level deal tracking with macro-level performance trends—all while keeping actionable alerts front and center.

Strategic Information Architecture & Flow (UX/UI)

The grid layout guides users logically from high-level metrics to urgent tasks:
Header Summary: Greets the user ("Good afternoon, Yanto") with immediate pipeline context (26 active deals, $308.6K value).
Pipeline Momentum Chart: Uses a dot density heat map to visualize deal distribution and volume over time, with hover cards showing deal details on demand.
Needs Attention Row: Highlights stalled deals using red indicator bars to prioritize immediate rep intervention.
Agent Recent Activities: Displays a real time timeline of deal movements (Opened email, Call Scheduled) with clear status tags.
Conversion & Speed Panel: Tracks key performance metrics Win Rate (38%) and Avg. Cycle Time against last quarter's benchmarks.
Sidebar Navigation: Anchors main navigation, company branding (PT. Odacika), user profile, and secondary account settings.
The REVLINE dashboard excels at turning complex pipeline data into actionable sales routines. By prioritizing stalled deals (Needs Attention) alongside macro performance metrics (Conversion & Speed), the UI helps sales reps spend less time interpreting reports and more time closing deals.
