Shankha Spa in Tamarindo delivers a premium calming experience. Online, it felt like an outdated booking tool. The real problem: trust and momentum. If booking feels confusing or slow, people hesitate, drop off, or pick another spa. If it looks dated, the in-person premium experience is harder to believe.

Our strategy was to help people choose and booked with ease & confidence. We designed the flow around one clear path to an appointment, reduced decisions, and removed unnecessary steps. Then we built a visual system that signals calm, care and quality, with subtle cues from the ocean and local community.

The result is a digital front door that feels like the first step to a relaxing spa experience.
