(NDA Project - Phase 1 launched, Phase 2 in progress) Designed and developed the MVP for a stealth startup in the area of community & mentorship for students. The product was built as a progressive web application(PWA) with a focus on mobile usage. The app is multi-tenant and has multiple user types like parents, students, institutions and mentors.

The client needed to build an MVP to validate their product idea.

Mutually agreed to build a PWA to keep costs lower (compared to native mobile apps)

Planning, design and fullstack development of the product.

Charted out the user stories for the MVP

Mapped out the user flows for each of the product features and user types

Planned the data schematics and information architecture

Designed wireframes to ideate, iterate and confirm the user experience.

Kickstarted development of the backend and skeletal UI based on the wireframes.

Designed the high fidelity UI for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Continuous QA testing and bugfixes of the application.

Completed development and final UI for all features.

Project was delivered on agreed timeline of 4 months.

Client chose to continue working with us for Phase 2 of development which is ongoing.
