I was tasked with modernising the booking process for a private healthcare practice as part of an interview exercise.
Exploring modern UI design patterns, I designed an alternative flow that 'Chunked' the process into individual steps and offered greater opportunities for displaying more information, informing the customer on the services the practice offered, their nearest practice, their practitioner and offered an alternative summary view to give customers greater visibility of their information and offer methods to change any detail if they wished.
In addition, I wanted to explore an alternative 'final' view step which summarised the key details in a clearer visual format and offered features to help ensure the Customer didn't miss their appointment.
