Miele Center Max, an official reseller of Miele in Bulgaria, was dominating the Miele market in the country with a 70% share. However, despite their success in physical sales, they recognised the need to expand their business online. They hired me to redesign their website and make it more modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

The website redesign focused on creating a premium and luxurious experience for customers, that accurately reflected the high-end products offered by Miele. The official Miele Brand Guide was used as the basis for the redesign, ensuring that the website met the high standards of the Miele brand. The new website was able to attract more customers, boosted the company’s online sales, and the design rivalled the official Miele online store.
