LiveLead: Turning website visitors into live sales conversations

About LiveLead is a SaaS product built around a simple idea: when a potential customer is already on your website and interested in what you sell, why make them fill in a form and wait for someone to call them later? LiveLead brings live video conversations directly into a website through an embeddable widget. Visitors can open the widget, see whether someone from the business is available and start a video conversation with a sales representative without leaving the website. We partnered with the LiveLead team to take the product from idea to a working MVP, handling both product design and development.

The Challenge Most websites still handle sales enquiries through forms, text chat or scheduled meetings. That works, but it also creates a gap between the moment someone shows interest and the moment they actually speak to somebody. LiveLead wanted to remove that gap by making a video conversation almost as easy to start as opening a chat widget. The challenge was keeping the experience simple for the website visitor while also giving businesses everything they needed to manage the people answering those calls. Because the widget would be embedded on other companies' websites, it also needed to be flexible enough to match different brands without making integration complicated.

The Solution We designed and developed the LiveLead MVP from the ground up, including both the embeddable video widget and the SaaS platform behind it. Businesses can customize the widget to match their brand, invite sales representatives and manage availability. Website visitors can start a video call directly from the page, while available representatives can join from the other side without requiring the visitor to leave the website. The result is a focused product that gives businesses a much more direct way to turn high-intent website visits into live sales conversations.
