The Challenge Common denominating factors in healthcare institutions and businesses is that they have to deal with hundreds of patient calls, which, in turn, lead to missed inquiries. Not to mention, it can also lead to a more stressed and demotivated staff.

iClinic realized the need for a transformative solution, an automated and AI-powered platform where clinics and hospitals can count on an intelligent medical hotline system that can manage high call volumes, keep up with patient inquiries, and provide follow-up schedules, promptly and without burdening clinic resources.

The Solution We collaborated with the iClinic team to design a dynamic and responsive web application, integrating it with an AI-powered phone representative. We built a call management system that could function as a continuous hotline, providing clinics and hospitals with enhanced visibility into call records, patient inquiries, and follow-up responses.
