In the Real Estate Leads Management System project, the objective was to create a comprehensive tool for efficiently managing the entire lifecycle of leads within a real estate agency, extending its functionalities to encompass expense and salary management. The system allows for the seamless upload of detailed client files, offering insights into client needs and preferences. Leads are intelligently assigned to agents, and the system diligently tracks agent responses, including call details related to each lead. Beyond lead management, the system includes robust features for tracking and managing expenses and salaries. This functionality ensures that the financial aspects of the agency, including operational costs and staff compensation, are systematically recorded and monitored.
Admin and manager dashboards provide an overarching view of not only lead management but also financial activities, offering a comprehensive perspective on the agency's performance. Furthermore, the system supports the creation of client profiles based on lead statuses, facilitating a dynamic representation of client engagements. Different roles, such as admin, manager, and agent, have specialized dashboards that cater to their unique responsibilities. This Real Estate Leads Management System, with its integrated expense and salary management, not only enhances internal operations and client interactions but also ensures a transparent and well-organized approach to financial tracking within the real estate agency.
