I joined Mojo at an early stage when the vision for their AI Assistant was still taking shape. Tasked with refining this vision, we explored diverse use cases to enhance productivity, such as an email assistant, client information tool, and AI-based note-taking assistant.

Discover the right problem to solve

Leveraging the CEO's extensive network, we conducted user research with business owners to understand their pain points and identify opportunities. Through five in-depth interviews, we gained insights into the Sales Journey, constructing a Sales Journey Framework and an opportunity map. This strategic approach provided a high-level overview of sales-related pain points and opportunities, guiding our product development focus.

In the pursuit of a well-rounded solution, we explored various product ideas, including tools to expedite prospect background research, manage inbound emails, and streamline meeting summaries for sales professionals. The concept of meeting minutes emerged as the most aligned with the company's DNA, offering a comprehensive scope to deliver value to users.

A well-rounded MVP

As we ventured into crafting the Meeting Minutes app, maintaining simplicity and a relentless focus on user needs were paramount. Acting as the gatekeeper for design simplicity amid client feature requests demonstrated the commitment to delivering a well-rounded MVP.

I actively contributed to building a notification framework and strategized key use cases for sales, such as filling the CRM, creating meeting reminders, and client follow-ups. This project served as a captivating introduction to the AI realm, igniting a keen interest that persists today.
