A collector that pulled every place in a country from the Google Places API, with the API bill kept low: it covers the map without overlap, so nothing is fetched twice and nothing is missed.
It handles rate limits, pagination and large result sets on its own, and delivers the location data in the shape the client asked for, including GeoJSON.
