SaaS: an AI-Powered Recommendation System for Hotel brands

Project description. The goal was to create an AI-powered recommendation platform for hotel chains that have hundreds of hotel services. The platform aimed to increase guest spending in hotels while offering a highly personalized experience. The client was Brainstorm (ex Acquaint), a data science startup that creates solutions in the hospitality sector. For this purpose I needed to experiment with different ML approaches, and design & build a robust end-to-end solution.
