Project description. The goal of the project was to create ML and optimization systems for YOPS, an AI-powered platform for large agriculture enterprises. The tool needed to provide yield estimations and recommendations for when to take a particular agricultural action, where to place crops to achieve optimal yield, and more. For this purpose, I needed to build the forecasting and optimization models that will power this SaaS, as well as lead the AI/ML team.
