SaaS: Demand prediction & inventory optimization

Project description. The goal of the project was to build ML systems for an AI-powered inventory optimization platform, and help the client secure new contracts and Series A funding. The client (Syrup Tech) is a top 5% Google-backed startup building a predictive SaaS for the fashion industry. For this purpose, I needed to build the forecasting and optimization models that would power the tool. Results were: up to 𝟵𝟬% 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀, 𝟱𝟬% 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝟮𝟬% 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 and +𝟭𝟬% 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵
