Run your entire business from idea to launch in one system
Built by a product designer who got tired of building products without a system and decided to build the one that didn't exist.
Overview
Product designers don't fail because they lack talent. They fail because they have no system.
Ideas get lost. Inspiration lives in random bookmarks. Launch lessons get forgotten. Revenue is scattered across three dashboards. And every new product starts from scratch because nothing from the last one was documented properly.
Product Design OS™ is the single source of truth for your entire product business from the first idea to post-launch revenue tracking. Every idea, lesson, inspiration, launch, and metric lives inside one structured Notion workspace, fully connected, always visible.
Stop managing your product business across disconnected tools. Start running it like a system.
Who Is This For
Built for the people building digital products alongside their design work:
Product designers turning expertise into sellable systems
Framer and Webflow template creators managing multiple products at once
Notion creators who need a smarter backend than a generic dashboard
Digital product founders who are launching but not tracking
Design educators monetizing their knowledge and need one place to manage it all
If you're building products and still managing everything in your head, this is what you've been missing.
The Problem
You're a great designer. But somewhere between the idea and the launch, things fall apart.
Product ideas sit in your notes and never move forward. Inspiration screenshots are scattered across apps you rarely open. You launch something, it doesn't work, and six months later, you're making the same mistake again because you never documented why it failed. Your KPIs live in one tool, your sales in another, your roadmap somewhere else entirely.
The result isn't just chaos, it's lost revenue, repeated mistakes, and products that never reach the people who need them.
Teh problem isn't that you need more tools. The problem is that none of your tools are connected
How Product Design OS™ Solves It
Never lose a product idea again.
Every idea gets captured with its target user, urgency score, market size, and competition level — before you spend a single hour building it. The ones worth pursuing move forward. The ones that aren't get documented, not deleted. Your pipeline stays clear and intentional.
Store inspiration and research in one place.
The Inspiration Warehouse organizes references by product type SaaS, landing pages, dashboards, mobile apps, and design systems,: so when you're ready to build, your research is already waiting. No more digging through browser tabs and saved posts.
Track lessons from every failed launch.
The Failure Database is the feature most designers don't have and desperately need. Every product that didn't work gets documented on what failed, at what stage, and what to do differently next time. Your failures stop costing you twice.
Manage product roadmaps and priorities clearly.
Sprint & Task Management keeps every active product moving with backlog, in progress, and review stages linked directly to your products, so nothing drifts without visibility.
Monitor KPIs, sales, and growth metrics.
One KPI Dashboard pulling data across all your products, total revenue, net revenue, monthly targets, sales counts, and audience growth. You stop guessing which product is performing and start making decisions based on real numbers.
Build products with more confidence and less chaos.
When your research, decisions, sprints, launches, and revenue all live in one connected system, you stop starting from scratch every time. Each product you build makes the next one faster, smarter, and more likely to succeed.
Why I Built This
I'm Mosiur, a UX/UI designer, Framer developer, and founder of Scale UIX Studio.
When I started building and selling my own digital products, I hit the same wall every product designer hits. I had no system for any of it. Ideas died in my notes. I launched things without proper validation. I repeated launch mistakes I'd already made because I never documented what went wrong. My revenue was invisible until I manually added it up at the end of the month. I have to add my revenue manually, but not everywhere. Just list a sale when generated, and everything follows that.
So I built a system inside my own Notion workspace to hold all of it together. Research, ideas, sprints, launches, KPIs, revenue in one place, fully connected.
It worked. My pipeline became clear. My launches became intentional. My failures became lessons I could actually use.
Product Design OS™ is a system pulled out of my personal workspace, refined, and documented with real structure so any product designer can duplicate it and start running on day one.
This isn't a template someone designed to look good in a screenshot. It's the actual operating system I use to run my product business.
