An all-in-one Shopify analytics app that handles all your data collection and tracking needs.
A comprehensive analytics and tracking app developed for Shopify users. The biggest issue was that users struggled to understand the app, leading to a heavy reliance on support. In the initial phase, I identified pain points through user testing and screen-tracking analyses.
Through a UX audit process, I redesigned the information architecture and crafted intuitive user flows. Additionally, I created a new brand identity and designed templates for all interfaces, including marketing materials, to ensure consistent brand coherence throughout.

After shaping the brand identity, I integrated it across the app, starting with the landing page. I presented a familiar design for the users, the app’s features, pricing, and package details with a well-optimized UX. I also conducted A/B tests to refine the experience.

Marketing materials play a crucial role. To communicate the refreshed brand to both existing and new users, ad campaigns were launched across various social platforms. Since the app itself is a marketing and analytics tool, strong visual design was a key focus.

One of the app’s biggest issues was a poorly designed onboarding flow. As a result, it struggled with user retention and placed an unnecessary burden on the support team due to flawed UX decisions.
After conducting user tests and a full UX audit, I redesigned the flow to be much more seamless. Once the new brand identity was integrated, user satisfaction increased noticeably, while the support workload was significantly reduced.
I led the improving onboarding through UX audits and user testing, building a new design system, and applying the updated brand across the product and marketing
