From Chaos to Control: Managing Thousands of Event Assets with Glide

For Jassra Group , the events operations partner at Expo 2023 Doha, I designed and delivered a three app ecosystem in Glide that transformed how the operations team managed thousands of assets across multiple venues.

High costs from misplaced, damaged, or unreturned assets
Duplicate rentals or purchases due to lack of visibility
Assets on site left untagged and untracked
Wasted staff hours searching across venues
No real-time visibility of what’s on site
