Challenge:
Persona had a strong AI product but their site was converting at just 2.1%. The page needed to explain complex technology simply and drive action in one visit.
Solution:
UX research revealed the problem: hero section talked about features instead of outcomes, and the CTA was below the fold on mobile. Redesigned from hi-fi wireframes through high-fidelity UI with custom graphics and animated feature breakdowns.
Results:
Conversion rate jumped from 2.1% to 2.7%, a 27% increase. Same traffic, same product; just a page that finally communicated the value clearly enough for visitors to act.
