Project Overview

To address these challenges, a comprehensive user experience (UX) audit was conducted, revealing key areas for improvement. With insights from the audit, we embarked on a strategic redesign project that included a refreshed brand name, a revamped website, and a streamlined user journey, designed to enhance accessibility, reduce customer frustration, and support seamless purchases.
After a deep dive into the digital presence of Ageing Solutions, it was clear that there were some major hurdles stopping both new and returning customers from making purchases. The initial brand name, unresponsive website design, and lack of clear information created friction for users, leading to confusion and drop-offs.
