Kvant: Brand and website

Kvant is an Oslo-based executive and specialist search firm placing senior leaders across strategy, finance, and commercial roles. With over 400 successful placements and a 4.7/5 client satisfaction score, Kvant had built serious credibility since 2020. Their brand and website did not reflect it. To support their next phase of growth, they needed both to match the high standards they set for their clients.

Inspired by quantum theory, we used the pixel as the foundation for Kvant's new visual identity. Precision and connection as a visual system: every pattern, every form, and every detail reflects how Kvant approaches search, one connection at a time, building toward a bigger picture.

We delivered a new brand identity and Framer website that positions them as the credible, design-conscious option in a category that rarely invests in how it looks or how it appeals to the next generation of ambitious leaders.
