About the Project:

A new business owner was opening a pest control business, and he was overwhelmed with all of the tasks--big and small--that required completion prior to business launch. I worked with this entrepreneur to keep business launch organized and on track.

Our Process / What We Did:

The CEO and I met often to identify every task required for the initial business launch. The tasks ranged from finalizing the business name and opening a business bank account to proofreading the final company website.

I built the business launch plan in Asana, with realistic timelines to launch the business in 4 months. Weekly meetings kept the launch on track and allowed time to add any new tasks identified.

Results:

The pest control company launched within the desired timeline! The client had all systems in place to onboard a large restaurant group within his first three months of launching.
