Hosted PBX Pricing
What is a PBX? It’s the part of a business phone system that allows team members to have extensions and use conference calling. Once upon a time, a PBX had to be onsite, within a company’s office building. It was a big nest of copper wires. Today, however, a PBX is programming that runs from a server.
Servers are expensive. Many businesses don’t want to have to purchase and maintain a dedicated server for their phone system. So, we offer our Hosted PBX service. We create the program that runs your company’s PBX and we host it on our servers. With our Hosted PBX service, we can provide extensions to your business network anywhere in the country, supporting remote and hybrid workers.
Each physical location of an office with desk phones needs to have an Office Seed:
1G QoS Router: $25 per month
Caller ID with Business Name: $2.00 per month
Hosted Station: $10 per month per extension
Phone Number: 1st is complimentary with account, each after that is $2.50 per month
Minutes Package: $29.00 per month for each 2,500 minute set (covers about 5 users)

Virtual Receptionists, Voicemail to Email, Royalty Free Hold Music, Emergency Phone Forwarding, Call Logs and one Conference Bridge come complimentary with each account along with our 24/7/365 United States based phone tech support. In addition, our Internet Ambassador service comes complimentary with each account, where we handle your Internet tech and billing support for you.
Businesses also often want to add optional Leaves to their business:
Softphones: $10 per device per month.
Virtual Fax: $20 per month
Hybrid Fax (Works With Physical Fax Machine): $40 per month
Business Texting: $30 per month
Business Texting With Cell Phone Relay: $35 per month
Call Recording: $6 per line, can retrieve recordings for 90 days
Wire Maintenance: $7.00 per month, used when wireless phones won’t work
ATA Legacy Service: $25 per month per every eight phones. With this service, we can make old style telephones work with VoIP services
SIP Trunking
When a business already owns their PBX server and programming, that business still needs to be hooked up to the outside world. We provide SIP Trunking to serve these businesses.

Each Call Path (line on which call takes place): $10 per month
Phone Number: 1st is complimentary with account, each after that is $2.50 per month
2,500 Minutes (about 5 users worth): $29.00 per month for each 2,500 minute set

Yes, we can serve entrepreneurs who currently run their entire business from their cell phone. It doesn’t cost nearly as much for a professional business service as most people think.

Minutes Package: $29.00 per 2,500 minutes per month. 2,500 minutes covers about 5 users
