Pitch design for Global property company- CBRE Asia Pacific

Responsibility for Concept & Graphic & Pitch design for Australia and NewZealand.

I was sole response for 50+ ANZ projects and 1 global project worth over millions.

I was doing 2 Pitch projects every week, the basic process is

1, meet with sales/clients/project manager to get the overview for this project.

2, get basic concepts and deliver way ( print, digital or face-to-face presentation).

3, design at least 2 drafts and catch up with the team again.

4, doing live document with the whole team, as they type content in, I will design the deck.

5, rehearsal with team, get feedback and changes at the same time.

6, export and pack the deck or contact printer for last time check.

It was in a high speed work environment and there is not a lot time for thinking design. What I need to do is prepare design ideas/asset in front and doing the work in a quick way.

This projects give me a lot positive influence and really good feedback which makes me very satisfied with what I'm doing.
