Helped a project manager needing to keep track and ensure statements of work were met within a smartsheet environment for over 800 clients / projects.

The build consited of 50+ smartsheet items including sheets for project managers, company leadership, client facing staff, and clients. Including editable sheets, visual charts and dashboards and reports/summary sheets to gauge project and sucess.

While smarsheet does not have a burndown chart feature built in. I worked with the client to create one using the available smartsheet tools to meet the needs of upper management views.
