Zeda had a strong vision, a single workspace for PMs to plan, document, and manage everything, but the product was still early.
Navigation felt clunky, the modules weren’t connected, and the workflows didn’t really match how PMs operate in real life.
The UI wasn’t polished enough for scale, and the whole experience lacked the speed and clarity PMs expect.
We partnered as an extension of the Zeda product team, designing every major part of the web app, from organization-level structure to the smallest interaction details.
We followed our full UX process, adapted specifically for SaaS product design at scale.
We kicked off with deep discovery sessions to understand Zeda’s vision, roadmap, and what PMs actually needed from an all-in-one workspace
From there, we mapped the full PM toolkit and built the information architecture and wireframes that tied everything together.

Once the foundation was solid, we moved into clean, scalable visual design and a full component library to unify the experience.

We refined interactions, added motion where it improved clarity, and collaborated sprint-by-sprint with the dev team to ship polished, production-ready flows.
