Activewear Typography Design System & Garment Tokens

Overview: A technical design system and brand token specification engineered to standardize bold typography wrap applications across print-on-demand (POD) activewear and apparel collections.
The Challenge: Scaling typographic logos onto high-tension athletic garments without causing fabric-stretch distortion, seam clipping, or color bleed-through during textile printing.
The Solution: Formulated a 3-pillar design system detailing strict vector, color, and garment alignment specifications:
01 // Typography Hierarchy: Established primary sans-serif logotype guidelines featuring mandatory period punctuation (move., dare.) and tracking optimized for high-tension fabric stretch.
02 // Core Colorway Palette: Defined exact hex tokens (#000000 Obsidian Black, #FFFFFF Pure White, #CCCCCC Neutral Gray) with 100% opaque textile printing standards to prevent dye bleed.
03 // Garment Engineering: Mapped 2px structural grid guidelines, standardized 30px internal inset padding, outer leg seam protocols, and high-stability waistband tension zone restrictions.
