Case Study: Designing Trust & Scale for Bolna.ai

Project: Enterprise Voice AI Landing Page Role: UI/UX Designer Goal: Turn technical complexity into accessible enterprise value.

The Strategy

Bolna.ai creates multilingual voice agents for India. The challenge was to make "AI voice technology" feel reliable, scalable, and easy to adopt for risk-averse enterprise buyers.

Key Design Decisions

1. Visual Identity & Authority

I paired Serif headlines with Sans-Serif body text to blend traditional enterprise authority with modern tech agility. The recurring fluid waveform motif visually represents "voice" and "scale" without relying on generic stock photography.

2. The "Scale" Narrative (Hero & Value Prop)

Headline: "Scale Voice Operations... No Hiring Required." I focused strictly on the business outcome (scalability) rather than the tech specs.
Visuals: The waveform graphics expand from left to right, subtly guiding the user's eye toward the Call-to-Action buttons and reinforcing the concept of infinite growth.

3. Demystifying the Product

3-Step Process: I broke the complex setup into a simple Configure → Connect → Launch triptych, proving that deployment takes minutes, not months.
Visualizing "India-First": A dedicated Bento Grid layout explicitly showcases Indian language scripts (Hindi, Tamil), instantly validating the product's core differentiator.

4. Data-Driven Social Proof

Instead of generic testimonials, I designed Case Study Cards that highlight hard metrics (e.g., "10K+ Calls Daily", "17.1 Mins"). In B2B, specific numbers build trust faster than vague praise.

The Outcome

A conversion-focused layout that strategically guides users from "What is it?" to "Why trust it?" and finally "How do I start?", balancing high-level benefits with deep technical credibility.
