I built a multi-step AI-powered review automation using Zapier, Jotform, OpenAI, Slack, Telegram, and Google Sheets.

The system automatically summarizes reviews, evaluates sentiment, alerts managers, and tracks processing status in real time.

1. Review Submission (Jotform) Travelers submit post-trip feedback including name, destination, and review text.

2. AI Summary Generation (OpenAI) Long reviews are summarized into 1–2 clear sentences using GPT.

3. Sentiment Analysis (OpenAI) A second AI step classifies the tone as positive, neutral, or negative.

All reviews → sent to managers with a “Mark as Processed” link

Negative reviews → instantly sent to Slack or Telegram
