About the project

Client

An online furniture design and ordering business handling inbound inquiries through website forms and multiple messaging channels.

Challenge

Before automation, the lead-handling process was fragmented and unreliable:
Website form submissions were often lost or stuck in email chains
Conversations in Respond.io closed too early, leaving some clients unanswered
Reporting could not distinguish real inbound leads from internal staff messages
Result: missed orders, inaccurate performance metrics, and hours of manual work wasted on follow-ups and reconciliation.

Solution

I rebuilt the entire lead intake, messaging, and reporting infrastructure to ensure that:
