Senior Salesforce Developer and Consultant - 1 year

Project, Technology and Role:

In this project I had a pleasure to provide services as a Senior Consultant and Developer for a client which was one of the global wireless infrastructure providers through its cooperation with my source company.

My duties revolved around ensuring proper quality of both development of technical part of the solution for different countries as well as providing expertise regarding future projects in their planning and requirements gathering phases. Having resposibility over technical part of the managed solutions for multi-country systems working with large amounts of data and processes.

Performing research on new tools and processes as well as conducting workshops with clients on behalf of potential new projects and activities. Performing and supervising multiple production related operations regarding deployments, data operations and issue investigation.

Solution description:

Salesforce CRM and Case Management implementation with Sales and Service clouds, multiple Rest, Mulesoft or Email integrations with different external vendors.

Key resposibilites:

designing, implementing and documenting Salesforce projects and solutions (Salesforce Apex, Flows, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce Inspector, Mulesoft)

leading a team of up to 3 other salesforce developers, mentoring and up-skilling junior developers

preparing integration solutions with external systems (Rest API, Email, Mulesoft)

working with business teams and client representatives on gathering requirements and planning implementations of future projects

ensuring successfull implementation of ongoing projects, consulting and proposing solutions which best is the best fit for the client needs

preparing deployments to all kinds of environments (developer, test, pre-prod and prod), running scripts and performing necessary data fixes, pre and post-deployment steps or investigating issues

working with automatic deployment pipelines, providing code review, best practises for the projects, code refactor and process improvements

Results and Impact:

As a direct result of my assignment it was possible to successfully implement multiple medium sized projects regarding implementation and go live of different modules of an existing multi-country Salesforce solution in which I was personally involved in all stages starting from requirements gathering through technical implementation up to final production deployment and post deployment support.
