For the duration of two years I was involved in multiple Salesforce Presales related activities as a Salesforce Technical Consultant. I had a pleasure of working with multiple customers looking for the best solutions for fitting their needs. Being involved in all stages of acquiring new projects from the initial meetings with the client representatives, through requirement gathering, discovery sessions, solution and resource planning up to MVP creation phases. Working closely with the business, sales and management teams providing both technical and business support.
Solution description:
Multiple Salesforce solutions and tools such us Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, E-commerce Clouds, Field Level Service, CPQ, Einstein, Pardot, Mulesoft and a lot more.
Key resposibilites:
preparing demonstration applications and partial MVP for potential clients regarding possibilities of using Salesforce solutions for their business needs
developing architecture and preparing resource estimations for potential clients
leading meetings, workshops and training sessions with clients, regarding newly developed functionalities, system configuration, administrators access or future plans for system development
conducting research on potential usage of new Salesforce products or AppExchange apps and proposing solutions targeting specific client needs
Results and Impact:
As the result of my assignment as part of the Presales Team it was possible to acquire new projects and to extend the current ones with additional extensions and functionalities for my source company. During this time I was able to conduct research on multiple Salesforce related technologies and tools, improve my soft skills as well as lead multiple meetings with potential customers. My technical expertise widened greatly by having to face different technical challenges by preparing architecture solutions, demo and partial MVP orgs showing the clients on how they can use Salesforce in order to make their business easier, better and more efficient.
