Objectives
Our goal was to make real-world, practical product design education globally accessible.
After building an audience of 400,000 designers and generating over $3,000,000 from training designers from juniors to senior designers at Google, Microsoft and Disney, we are now in Phase 2 of the venture which we will reveal in 2025.
Designership Students
What we did
Designership is an online education platform incubated by our team at More Cursors. We strategised, designed and launched a fully custom Webflow site to host all our courses and products, managed the entire marketing strategy that generated over $3,000,000 in revenue and handled all the moving parts from support, community management and more.
Research and Discovery
Every project requires a unique strategy. By leveraging our industry experience and know-how, we opted for a direct-to-market approach.
Our initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) involved testing the adoption and demand for design education through a YouTube channel.
After growing the channel to 190,000 subscribers in just 2 years, we confirmed a strong market demand for the

Design Process
Over the three years, we launched numerous iterations of the Designership platform.
Our team handled the entire process from ideation, branding, design of the website and user portal and end-to-end Webflow development.
Outcome
We have taught 14,000 designers globally, including professionals from major tech companies like Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, as well as those from small and medium-sized enterprises and freelancers.
Our efforts have generated over $3,000,000 in revenue, with our products and courses consistently receiving an average rating of 4.8 out of 5.
