I created Expiry Eats, an app that helps reduce food waste by allowing users to purchase surplus food from restaurants in a surprise bag format. The app connects customers with local eateries, offering them the opportunity to buy unsold but perfectly good meals at a discounted rate. This not only helps minimize food waste but also provides an affordable and exciting dining option for users, all while supporting local businesses.
