LWSRH PROJECT
Overview
The LWSRH (Loveworld Singers Rehearsal Hub) is a mobile app designed to function as an advanced music player and a community platform for choristers. The app was developed to streamline rehearsals, making them easier and more enjoyable.
Duration
The project was executed in multiple phases. The initial phase, lasting four weeks, focused on core development. In the subsequent phase, lasting 2 weeks updates and new features were integrated based on stakeholder feedback and user insights.

Challenges & Solutions
The project faced several instances of scope creep from stakeholders, significantly impacting the timeline. Additionally, there was friction between developers. By applying the project management triangle (Budget, Scope, and Time), I effectively managed the manageable scope creep and resolved team conflicts by actively listening and encouraging open communication. I also ensured documentation was carried out throughout the project.
Outcome
The project reached its completion on June 12, 2024. The application successfully fulfilled all client expectations, ensuring a seamless user experience through continuous engagement with ideal users throughout development. Additionally, we met the client's timeline requirements for delivery. The application is currently not available on the Google Play Store or Apple Store; however, it is being utilized as a private app.
