Earth Inc Project

Earth Inc. is a startup dedicated to creating an innovative platform where visual artists can showcase and sell their artworks while building a vibrant and engaged community. The platform aims to bridge the gap between artists and art enthusiasts, providing a space for interaction, collaboration, and commerce. The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) currently in development focuses on key features such as artist profiles, a digital marketplace, community-building tools, and social networking features. This platform will empower artists to reach a global audience and grow their careers while fostering a supportive community of like-minded individuals.

As the project manager, I successfully managed different projects since its inception. The development of the MVP began six months ago and is currently in progress. The expected completion and launch of the MVP are scheduled for the next quarter, with a total project duration of approximately nine months from inception to MVP launch.

Design and Development of the Official Website: Successfully led the design and development of Earth Inc.’s official website, providing a professional and engaging digital presence. The website serves as a key hub for information about the platform, news, artist spotlights, and community events.

Strategic Content Development: Successfully launched a content series titled "Meet the Mind," which spotlighted various artists and their creative processes. This initiative significantly grew Earth Inc.’s following across multiple social media platforms, increasing visibility and engagement.

Database Expansion: Built a robust database of artists and art galleries, which serves as a valuable resource for both marketing and community-building efforts.

Successful Community Engagement: Facilitated and participated in several Twitter Spaces sessions, attracting over 200 participants each time. These sessions helped foster a sense of community, provided valuable insights from guest speakers, and generated considerable interest in the platform, and drive followership on the Discord server.

Challenge: Limited Initial Visibility - At the start, Earth Inc. faced challenges in reaching its target audience due to limited brand recognition.

Solution: Collaborated with the social media manager to experiment with diverse content strategies tailored to each platform. This led to the successful launch of several campaigns, including the "Meet the Mind" series, the "Notable" initiative, and regular Twitter Spaces.

Challenge: Ensuring Agile Practices - Keeping the development team aligned with Agile practices and maintaining a steady pace was initially challenging due to the varying levels of experience within the team.

Solution: As the Scrum Master, I introduced a series of workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies and provided continuous support and mentorship. Regular sprint retrospectives were conducted to identify areas of improvement and adapt workflows accordingly.

The ongoing development of Earth Inc.'s MVP is on track for completion, with substantial progress made in both technical development and community building. The official website has been successfully launched, providing a strong digital presence and a central hub for information and community interaction. The platform is anticipated to launch successfully, with a strong foundation of engaged users and a well-established presence in the art community. The strategic efforts in content creation and community management have laid the groundwork for a vibrant, interactive, and commercially viable platform that will support artists in showcasing their work and building their careers. The lessons learned from initial challenges have strengthened the team's ability to adapt and improve, ensuring a robust and scalable platform upon launch.
