Initial Client Contact

A client approached me with a request to update their transcription service website, transitioning from Type4me.com to ScribeGenies.com. They emphasized the need for a user-friendly design and an intuitive cost estimator, taking inspiration from industry leaders.

My goal was to craft a website that not only transitions smoothly with its new identity but also enhances user experience in transcription, translation, proofreading, and editing services.

Onboarding & Design Process

I initiated the project by:

Client Consultation: Establishing project scope and understanding the client's vision.

Market Research: Analyzing competitor websites for benchmarking usability and features.

Tool Selection: Choosing Figma for design mockups and WordPress with Elementor for development.
