Designed a 27-slide keynote presentation built around a custom design system rooted in the client's existing brand language — deep navy, warm gold, and teal as a sparing accent, Montserrat throughout.
The visual approach used a deliberate dark/light rhythm: high-contrast navy statement slides for provocations and key stats, warm gold-gradient content slides for detail and structure. Each slide type was designed from scratch — no templates, no defaults.
Photography direction included AI-generated cutout figures, sourced bakery window images, and editorial-style team photography — all color-graded into the warm gold palette. Custom iconography was rendered in-house and matched to the brand palette across all three color variants.
The deck was also extended into a 25-slide master template for the client's internal team, covering covers, section dividers, content layouts, visual layouts, and a closing section — each slide fully placeholder-ready with a brand style guide as slide one.
