During the early days of Maison 21G, I worked closely with the co-founding team to architect their growth system and establish a robust Martech stack during their Series A phase. My primary focus was to enhance their existing e-commerce platform, which was built on Django, React, and Wagtail, by integrating Webflow to empower their marketing team to develop faster and more effectively.
Key Contributions
Martech Stack Setup: Successfully set up essential tools including Amplitude, Segment, and HubSpot. This foundational work allowed for better data tracking, customer insights, and streamlined marketing efforts.
HubSpot Refinement: Refined HubSpot objects and workflows to optimize customer relationship management, ensuring that the sales and marketing teams could effectively collaborate and engage with customers.
Integration with Ad Networks: Integrated Maison 21G’s systems with various ad networks and programmatic platforms, enhancing their performance marketing capabilities and allowing for targeted advertising strategies.
