At Wallex, I collaborated closely with the CTO, Product Managers and Head of Special Projects to enhance their Martech ecosystem and streamline their operations. My primary focus was on migrating their systems from Ghost CMS and a high-code environment to the more agile Webflow platform. This transition not only improved their website's performance but also provided a more user-friendly interface for their clients.

System Migration: Successfully migrated Wallex's content management system from Ghost CMS to Webflow. This transition allowed for easier updates and management of their digital assets, significantly reducing the time spent on content updates.

First-Party Data Strategy: I played a pivotal role in orchestrating the setup of their first-party data strategy through a Customer Data Platform (CDP). This initiative enabled Wallex to collect and unify data across their Martech ecosystem, integrating it into Snowflake for enhanced data visualization.

Workflow Automation: Developed workflow automation processes for the sales team using Segment and the CDP. This integration supported lifecycle marketing activities and persona building via Snowflake, allowing the sales team to engage more effectively with potential customers.

Enhanced Data Visibility: By integrating their data into Snowflake, Wallex gained improved visibility into their business intelligence metrics, enabling more informed decision-making.

Increased Efficiency: The migration to Webflow and the implementation of automated workflows significantly reduced manual efforts, allowing the team to focus on strategic initiatives rather than operational tasks.

Scalable Solutions: The new Martech setup provides Wallex with a scalable framework that can adapt as their business grows, ensuring they remain competitive in the fast-paced FinTech landscape.
