The Local Authority Engine: A Full-Funnel Small Business Growth Strategy
Project Objective
To transform a successful family-owned Texas-based service business into the dominant local digital authority for artificial turf. The goal was to move beyond inconsistent word-of-mouth by building a full-funnel system that educates customers, captures high-intent leads, and automates the booking process.
Context & Challenge
Despite being a leader in craftsmanship, the client's digital presence was inconsistent and fragmented across multiple Texas markets and needed a more efficient marketing funnel to integrate their efforts.
The Visibility Gap: A sparse social presence and a lack of deep educational content meant the brand was often invisible during the homeowner's research phase.
The Qualification Gap: The primary challenge wasn't just a lack of leads, but a lack of qualified leads. Inbound inquiries were often too price-sensitive or requested jobs too small to be profitable, leading to wasted sales hours on low-margin prospects.
The Pricing Information Gap: Without a clear educational resource, prospects had no context for the value of premium turf, leading to "sticker shock" during the quote process.
